How do you feed your corals?

Serious question here from someone new to the hobby.
I have a 90G tank that's been up for about 6 months now with torch, frogspawn, bubble, and star polyp corals.
I have some Phyto Feast food, but the only directions say "add 1-5 teaspoons per 100 gallons per day."

So how do I apply this? Do I add 1 or 5 teaspoons? Just toss it in the tank?

Thanks for any suggestions.

Dan

Just toss as much as you'd like to the water and your power heads will spread it. The corals will grab it from the water colum.

You can feed the whole tank or "spot feed" try to get someting like an eye dropper and squirt the food up flow from the corals you are trying to feed. If your tank is kind of full with corals I would just feed the whole tank, if not just try to spot feed them. IMO

With my chili coral, I turn the powerheads off and inject it towards it.

When I feed my clams I just add it to the water because it's only a 3 gallon.

I just add phyto or oyster feast to the tank. I do spot feed the bubble. I place small pieces of clam/sliders/or shrimp directly into a space. It goes crazy for it.

+1 corals do not feed on phytoplankton, I would think the corals you mentioned could take some frozen brine shrimp easily, go sparingly, spot feed.
