Please also post Bio-load and general tank info as this makes a big difference in the relevancy of poll choices...
I'll Start:

9 fish (1 is a tang)

Evening: One cube of homemade fish food (contains everything) and a cube of frozen mysis.

Matt:cool:

Flake food (Omega One w/garlic) 1x per day, sometimes 2 since i try not to feed too much at once. Sometimes add fish goo in to the mix as well. I would rather a couple fish didnt eat that feeding than have food rotting in the tank. I vodka dose so NO3/PO4 is 0 according to tests. i have 10 fish in a 110 plus 2 fish in the frag tank attached to a common sump. total water is around 150. I change 30 gallons bi-weekly. I dont have any issues with nuissance algae.

2 - 3 Times a day I know I over feed.
First with flake, second with 2 frozen cubes and third with a little of both. I am now starting to limit to twice a day.
