At least once in the evening and sometimes my wife will feed the fish during the day if "they look hungry".

Plus a half sheet of Nori each day.

We feed them in the am and then after work. i wasnt sure if this was too much. they see the cup coming and they all swim down to the end of the tank where i hold the cup.

I feed once a day...and probably guilty of over-feeding as well:eek: But I do target feed a lot of things-(I have nothing better to do:rolleyes: )-but also a good time to take inventory of the tank.

twice a day. They are pigs! Each feeding time time they act like they haven't eaten in a week and mug/attack the baster.

But I don't think we over feed - it's not like we have fat fish ;)

I feed a quarter of a nori sheet a day. Flake and mysis once a week to once every couple of weeks. Its been working for almost 18 months and the fish are fat and healthy. Granted I only have a maroon clown, YT, and Potter's angel in a 75, so I get away with them picking at the rocks and glass for pods and such.

I average about every other day, just mysis and nori if I'm not having any particular algae issues (if I am having an algae problem that my tang (might?) eat, I'll withhold nori to encourage eating the problem algae.

Mysis feeding spread out over about 30 min, a lot of it target fed to my RBTA's, fish get the leftovers. When I do feed, it's usually a pretty big chunk of mysis, at least 2-3 pop drops worth (PE brand only!).

Fish get fed 4x a week mysis, brine, nori, formula 1/2,
anemones target fed 2x a week,
sun polyps 2x a week
rest of the coral is on its own, but should probably do more.

I just had an aiptasia breakout after 4 months free....so there's got to be enough food in that water....
