With the fear that Ed might just get more votes and boot me out in the back of my mind I never-the-less nominate Ed for an at-large BOD position.

More to follow in the future, but just wanted this out there.

I was asked specifically to nominate Ed. I gladly obliged as I think he would make an outstanding addition to the BOD.

pretty cool. thanks. Has I always told the club, anything I can do to help. great bunch of people. to much drama at times which we need to work on, but still alot of fun. I saw the other thread and appreciate Lam's and Robbo's comments as well as those above. Was comtemplating the time but never the committment.

Ed, You know my feeling on this but others don't so here it is:
I agree that Ed is a good choice for an @ large BOD seat. He should have been considered long ago. The guy silently puts in his time, never complains & sincerely cares what direction this club goes from here. It would be good to get someone on the south coast involved in the political side of the club as well. GO YAK, GO SOX, GO PATS!!!!!!!!!!!

FWIW, I've been 'working' on getting Ed to agree to run for quite some time, lol! Unfortunately, it's a long drive up for him for just about anything.
