ID help... Are Reef Lice a thing?

So I have been noticing these very tiny white lice looking things on my glass more and more lately. I can only really see them on the glass, I can not stress how very small they are, they also seem to be quite mobile.
1) What are they/ Should I be concerned about these?

2) If so, what eats them?

I think they are copepods, very beneficial. Many species of fish will eat them though so it's hard to maintain a healthy population unless you have a refugium.

OK cool.
Yes I have a few, none of which are pod eaters. I guess I've just never had a pod population large enough to see before.
Thanks,
John

I believe a six line wrasse will decimate them if you find them unattractive.
