i need info on rainsford goby, i had two and know i dont see them in the tank at all is it possible that they have become a mater pair and are hiding? I looked everywhere in the tank

i have seen this but i am wondering if they were either A. Killed or B. if they are hiding cause they are spawning

Do they eat prepared foods, or only eat what the scavenge in the tank? Mine only picked thru the sand and eventually ran out of food and passed on.

bob

I tried one.
Like Troubleman reported, mine never took any prepared food and eventually starved. I'll not buy another.

ya they ate only the food on the sand, did either of u two see them pass

"see them pass"
I don't understand the question.

when they died did u see them in ur tank like floating or at the bottom, because i saw one this morning and know i see none

he means did you see their corpses, or did they just dissappear.

probably getting it on in a cave if it was just that short of a timespan.

haha nice JCheung haha very nice

hey JCheung i think u were right cause i got both in my tank

start getting a grow tank ready!

Just disappeared.
The other critters in the tank ate the corpse, I presume.

i bought one of these roughly 3 weeks ago and find him to be the coolest little fish. No problem with him eating and being highly visable in the tank. So I guess you can keep these in pair or schools? didnt know that. Im going to have to pick up another one from SC next week.

Stevedola make sure u buy a bigger one then the one u have my friend tried recently with buying a smaller one and the rainsford actually got aggressive, and they dissapered and now they are all over the tank. Hey guys if u can look at some of my shots in the photo section i want some help with maby selling my platecoral i think it is getting tooooo big for my tank

also if i they are gonna lay eggs its gonna suck cause i have to break down my tank in 3 weeks to move back to school (aug 2)

I tried one or two over the years, but also had problems with getting to eat. Never lived long.
