Ha, ha, I was reading that a week ago and wondering the exact same thing. They must have a scarlet letter tattoed on their foreheads. I couldn't even finish the thread.

Well, I was thinking more in terms of a reef-tyrant, running amok with his clubs "official" letterhead.

But I'll admit I never payed much attention in Roman History class. So perhaps there's a better emperor for me to compare this nut to. Feel free to make suggestions.

They probably only really banned just that one guy. Who cares about the rest of the more stable locals?
