Is It Normal?

My BTA stays mostly closed during the day, when I come home at night it is open all the way..... (during moonlight hours) this is a small GBTA hidden under rockwork, been there for a while now.

Still colored... nice florescent green... My wife said it came back out.. so I don't know what's going on... I just might be paranoid..

I had this for about 3 weeks now... someone gave it to me who was shutting down his small tank... It moved to the back then to where it is now .... I'll take a pic tomorrow.

keep in mind that they open to feed, and close when they need to expell their waste. Mine (4) open and shut nearly every day.....

You have 4? How did you manage to keep four without them running into eachother?

Anemones know what they're doing.
As long as they're not injured, they'll open when they need to and close when they need to. Just the fact that you see it open at all is a good sign.
It also might move around to find the right combo of light, shade, and flow.

Really..I did not know that. Mine is always open unless I feed it.

yeah.. I definately was going to wait to see what this does.... it's just the fact that it is in under the rockwork... and my clowns I don't think have noticed it... and probably won't.

btw, you have False Percs and they are not a natural host for BTA's. That does not really matter sometimes....mine was a hosting in less than 2 weeks.
