with a 4' tank and it being that close you should be fine, if you have OCD then I would probably get it dead level though because now is the time. You can shim it using composite shims , If you want to shim it without taking the tank off the stand you could use one of these air bags to place shims underneath until you get it level.

To see how far off it will be from end to end you could use a tube and make a water level

There is a self leveling pad in between the tank and stand.
After the tank is filled, the weight will compress the pad and the stand, the tank will also expand a bit. The pad is the key here.

People definitely are ocd about this issue and It really makes me laugh reading all the comments. I have seen a tanks running for years and you can see a difference in the water level side to side with no issues. Sure a rimless tank should be as close as you can make it. I didn’t use a level on any of my rimless frag tanks can tell you one i should prob shim more next water change but not a big deal.Your in the bubble your good.
If any one questions my thought on this have at it. I am sure you haven't seen dongs floating tank that been running for 7years then. It's a 4x4 glass tank on a 2x2.

Reset all the feet and try it again. Preferably a longer level that spans across the tank. I bet you none of these guys would be helping you cleaning up when there’s water on the floor.

Seems your on the ocd side.I can go to a few local stores and slide a piece of paper between the stand and tank and they have been Running for years. Have you personal had a tank fail being 1/4inch off level? Because i have never seen it ot heard of it unless its a defective red sea tank. Dongs floating tank doesn't have a frame also i would recommend going to see it.

Considering the time and investment you will make with this or any reef tank, I'd be very cautious listening to anyone with a "That's good enough" approach. More importantly than anyone else's opinion, you took the time to post your question probably because you know it's not right. Do you really want to see this aquarium on its stand with a wonky leveling job and worry constantly if it's going to fail?
I don't mean to sound like a jerk here, but the issue is simply creating 4,6, or maybe 8 points of contact with the floor.....it shouldn't be a problem to get them to agree with adjustable feet. If your floor is way out of level use composite shims or large metal washers easily found at Home Depot for the low spots. I would highly recommend you do this correctly simply because it will bother you anytime you look at the tank in the future. Maybe others won't see it or notice, but you will know and regret not doing step 1 of your system correctly.

Beautiful tank by the way! Your tank will go great and nothing is perfect in this hobby and i can live with that and enjoy my tanks! Also please know I would never recommend a tank on carpet or trying to level a tank on carpet. Your welcome to come see classic corals tanks!

What about seams that are like dipped between panes and glass isn’t touching. I have a 65g rimmed tank from seapora and I can’t tell if this is safe or normal. I messed with the lighting so it’s easier to see the gap between panes then it dips inward (inside seams look fine?). I originally thought the external silicone was smooth meeting both panes but now you can definitely feel the space between them. 3 months running.

Now that looks like a defective tank! I woukd contact where you purchased it from and ask about warrenty as thats gonna fail imo. Looks like a 1/4-1/2 between the 2 pieces of glass and that's ways toooo much.

Last picture looks like big gap must be photo or reflection i can't tell. I have 2 seapora 80g at classic corals your more then. Welcome to come see one is not perfect level and doesn't have this issue.

I remember checking the marine land before this and thought the seapora was so much better quality on seams. But I can’t tell if they shifted or I remembered off. What are your seams like? Do you have a photo (you’re a bit out of my area).

As long as the stand is solid and fully supporting the tank, a slight front-to-back tilt shouldn’t be a huge issue structurally. The main concern would be uneven pressure on the glass over time, but if it’s just a small difference and the stand is stable, it should be fine.

Is your level on the level? Try a different level. Are both the same?
