Is this clown fish sick?

I just noticed he has these brown spots all over his fins and one on his forehead.

The other clown in the tank looks fine.
Can anyone give me an idea of what this is and how to treat it?

Water parameters will follow this evening. If they help. Is there anyone knowledgeable in the Brockton area that can help me

Has he been trying to host in corals or any anemonies? It may just be stings.

Perhaps, he was stung, below is my coral inventory...

He seems extra agressive towards the other Clown(who never seems to fight back.) He does not even notice the other two fish.

Here is my inventory of corals:
Assorted zoas of long and short skirt varieties.
Assorted colored mushrooms (red,pink,blue).
Green Ricordea
Hairy mushrooms that live at the base of the Xenia Rock.
Xenia Elongata
Colt Coral
Devils Hand
Purple Acro (NE Aquarium)
Some Brown Montipora of some form.

BioLoad:
2 Clowns - in the tank for about 3-4 weeks.
1 Red Scooter Blenny (Anyone sell pods?) (in tank for 2 days)
1 Barnacle Blenny (in tank for 2 days)

15 or so red and blueleg hermits
8 scarlet hermits
4 Large Turbos
6 Purple snails of some form ( I forget what Jeremy called them)
4 Astrea
18-20 Narisus snails.

Food:
Formula 1 flake until I got the blennies (they both eat frozen)
1/4 cube frozen mysis and 1/4 cube frozen brine
(Could that be too much food?)

The zenia could possibly do that to her. As for the aggression towards your other clown, it's how they show they care. The aggressive one is the female, and the male usually just sits there an takes it. Sometimes you'll see the male do a little spastic twitchy dance when he's getting attacked by the larger female.

It's been living in the Xenia since day one in the tank... Is it possible that it would suddenly get stung?

I'd think the Zoas would do it more than the Xenia. At least that is my experience.

Checked the water params - salinity 1.024, amonia 0, ph 8.2, nitrate 0, nitrite 0.

Does anyone think that is some kind of disease or am I worrying about nothing?

Doesn't look like the typical coral stings my clowns always have. Might want to post a pic over at RC in the disease forumn. Keep an eye on the patches....see if it gets larger. The sting marks my clowns get look more like black pepper...then goes away over time. Then they get new ones.
