All Set - Dry Goods ISO kessil a360xx bracket mount

Hello. This maybe a shot in the dark but figured giving it a try. Does anyone have a bracket mount to the kessil gooseneck a360 series that is not being used and can part with - please see pic below. Thank you kindly.
