June Meeting - BBQ, Reef Disaster Prevention, Junkyard Wars!!

The June meeting will be a barbecue with a Reef Disaster Prevention Talk by Greg Hiller and Junkyard Wars with a Newbie Class (http://www.bostonreefers.org/forums/showthread.php?t=98744)!


Where? St. Mark's Parish Hall, Southborough, Ma.

When? Sunday, June 27th, 12:30 -4:30

Food? BBQ! We'll be basing how much food we bring based on anticipated attendance, so if your most likely coming, speak up!

Frag Swapping? Yes! Frag swapping is welcome (as is the case at most BRS meetings)! Swap, sell, and buy away!

Booze? BYOB, there will be no bar BUT you are welcome to bring whatever you would like to drink, alcohol included. Please remember to be reasonable and responsible! Think before you drink!

Schedule:

12-12:30 Newbie Q&A
12:30-1PM, Meet and greet, new member signups, etc.
1-2PM, Reef Disaster Recovery with Greg Hiller
2-3PM, BRS BBQ, burgers and dogs.
3-? Frag Swap and general mayhem
3:30-4:30, Junkyard Wars Rematch
4:30 Junkyard Wars Judging

Which ones were you thinking? The one that plugs in, and goes on by itself, or the one you just put on and throw in? If its the plug in I will take 2, if not Im good. I got 2 of the others.

Just come to the one over here instead. Irving Texas, July 24th with Bob Fenner. We won't be drilling any tanks that day, but we'll have some juicy vittles for sure.

Hey, I didn't mean to take this thread so far off topic and out of state.

I hope your club has a fun meeting and eventful day. Everyone, even if you have to drive a bit, go enjoy yourself with your fellow club members. The weather will be beautiful, you'll have some face time with your (reasonably) local hobbyists, and I'm sure there will be cold beer on hand.
