I have a bottle laying around and am wondering if its worth while to use it.

I think Dt's is what most people say is good, either that or live phyto cultures.

I have a bottle of Phyto-feast.
Never really knew what eats that stuff(bought it when I first started) but the pods in the refugium seem to enjoy it.

phytofeast or some formula that contains live phyto,DT's also.
i have used both in the past i liked the phytofeast the best

I ved had really good results with Marine Snow. I agree with liam on the kent phyto all its ever done is cloud up my tank.
