I've had a small problem w/thier needlewheel super skimmer.I finally called ESU tech support and he told me to try this and try that.I told him I tried all that and more so he asked for my name address and said a new pump was on it way.He didn't ask when I bought or from where and now here it is 6 days later and the new pump was sitting on my doorstep when I came home.
