Latest FTS

I've been posting a lot lately and have had some new additions since my last FTS so here is my latest.

This is a 180 Gallon 6' long tank. I have recently gone back to LED's (Hydra 52's) from T-5's and I am loving the look, not sure how the corals are feeling but I know the Nem's are liking them better and the LPS at the bottom seem to be doing better under them. I am still in acclimation mode with them so time will tell. there are definitely some hard shadows so thinking about adding some t-5's in the form of a retro kit but really loving the clean look above my tank.

Newest additions are two Juvie meleagris leopard wrasse's and two Blue Star Leopard wrasses, all females and a yellow long nose butterfly.
that foxface is about 9-10" long and the yellow tang is 15 years old and a big baby, he is the first to harass any new additions but only for a couple hours then he pays no mind.

Mvallee, I literally just posted a thread asking how to upload full res videos. When I upload to YouTube, my video won't play at 1080p. How did you get yours to do that?

Edit: Yours auto-played at 1080p when I clicked on it. Mine auto-plays at like 360.

honestly I did not do anything special but wait. at first it was low res when I first uploaded and went to view the highest it would go was 360P and I thought that was weird as the video was made on a 22MP full frame sensor DSLR but I posted anyways. Then when you sent this message I went and rechecked and now all the HD modes were available. If it is anything other than time I have no idea.

Great looking tank! What percent are your LED running at?

Thanks!
There are 7 different channels all at different levels that I set to try to emulate 14K then bumped up the blues and UV.

Here are the percentages for each

Then to complicate the answer even more AI Director has an acclimation mode that I set to be at 50% for a 6 week acclimation period so not even running at the full percentages I have set for the different colors. LED's although visually not as bright caused some of my LPS to retract so I had to dim them down and acclimation mode seemed like the best way to get them used to the LED intensity and spectrum.

So many options with these lights and still tweaking to find the combination I like best.

Thanks, I have a lot of rock but with the arch on the left and the connected structures on the right it gives the illusion of being longer and the fish have a couple options for swimming patterns, the tangs really seem to like darting through the arch and plenty of hiding spots for everyone.

Really nice layout. You have a lot of activity there!

Thanks, usually a pretty laid back tank and I shot a video before this one that was pretty boring so I dropped some food in to get everyone out and about.

Another quick video now that I have had time to fine tune the AI Hydra settings, I initially liked the more natural color which had more reds and white but just not enough pop of color so ramped up the blue channels tweaked in the whites which I am still not sure if I like where I landed, pulled up the greens. I like the crisper white/blue look of the tank and the corals and fish are really poppin now, that's what it's all about right.
