LFS Par Meter Rental?

Quick question is the software easy to get onto the laptop?
Super easy I am computer illiterate and I can do it. You just go to the site we have it in the box with the par meter instructions download it and good to go.

Just to put it all in perspective a par meter costs upwards of 600 dollars with the accessories so if someone is not taking a deposit and or a credit card # or license # they are taking a large risk.

On another note I emailed apogee yesterday to see how long until we get the par meters back (they received them Monday 11/18), I hope to hear from them soon. You are next on the West list once I get them back.

Thanks for the update! I’m going to try and get my hands on one this week. If I succeed, will message you to hand the next available west par to jbissel

Your tank looks great. I have Orpheks and I love them. They certainly can put out a ton of par. I currently don’t run the blue channels higher than 60 and my white channels are at 18 and 30% and I get 500+ par at the top of my highest rock work. 125 in the back corners bottom. Let me know if you need any help with them.

Holy smokes. Good to know!! What’s your mounting height? Can I see your schedule?

I mounted mine much closer to the tank than most people do. Bottom of light to water surface is 10 1/2”. I have the Icons.

I don’t remember. BRS has some videos on heights and par numbers with them. I believe they recommend 14+ inches above water line.

I would have had mine higher, however I started my tank with T5’s and the light rack was already in place when I switched to LEDs
