Was there a reason you went with 2x4s for the posts with the 180 vs the 4x4s for the 150?

yes, i could not get the clearance for the oveflow bulkheads with 4x4's.
It was an older AGA with corner overflows

That makes sense. Did you find that structurally the 2x4 did a sufficient job?

seemed fine,i made an L with the 2x4's at the corners for extra strength.
