Light, Depth And Distance?

I'm a curious person and I'd sure like to know!

Light; what type and what wattage?

Depth; distance from substrate to water's surface?

Distance; from water's surface to bulb?

Feel free to answer, or not lol just something I have been thinking about lately is all oh and as a side bar....what is it you have the most of in your tank as far as corals go ie SPS, softies ect.?

Distance from water surface to bulb: maybe about 5-6"

come on folks don't be shy humor me this could prove to be useful down the road for newbies to the hobby and i'm curious as to where others have their lights! I'm thinking about maybe moving mine but I feel maybe I shouldn't so I was curious....!

How SE 250W hamilton 14K look? I am going to replace my MH bulbs soon. Is this light bulb need additional 03 ACTINIC BLUE?

I don't think it needs extra blue but this is all personal preference. I think I may go back to a more white bulb whith my next one. I use to run AB 10K DE bulbs.
