Light fixture suggestions/ opinions

I was going to build a hood and add pendants but time and a lack of wood working skills have steered me towards a hanging fixture. I was looking at the 36" Aquamedic Oceanlight with the (2) 250 hqi MH and 2 39 watt T5s, any comments on the quality of this fixture or other manufactures that offer a similar combination, it has to be a 36" long fixture and have the dual 250s

Thanks

I don't know a good fixture. but I would recommend building you own. It saves you allot of money and makes the tank look really nice. here a pic of the one I built for my 72 bow tank. it was allot of work but it was woth it.

That is a very nice fixture, 2x250w HQI is a lot of light. I like AquaMedic, well built and nice looking.

20 high?
maybe a 30g long? 36x12x16?

dual 250 HQI's on that small of a water volume makes for High temps, large volumes of water evaporation and potentially TOO much light- AKA coral and coraline bleaching as other negative effects. you should look into 150's or running 20k's (less intesity but still heat issues)
