Lights of America Cooling Help

Just curious how people are cooling their Lights of America 65w flood lights? I have it sitting on the fuge right now (haven't figured out how to mount it yet.) And noticed it gets QUITE hot.

Thanks!

I took the plastic case covering the bulb off

Scroll down the first page to see pics of my modified LOA light. It's been running for a couple months now 24/7 with no issues.

Cool, that's the link I was looking for! :) I ended up taking out the light sensor, and bringing the cable thru that hole, then sealing it with silicone to prevent water getting to it. I was thinking about rigging up a cooling fan, but too lazy to figure how to get my 9v DC to it ;)

That's ok, I was too lazy to take the light sensor out; I just put a piece of black electrical tape over it ;)

My light sensor is still installed - it's a work light in the hood
When the MH are off - it goes on automatically - from about 9a-11:30p
