I Know that a trip to fiji is one of the raffles. is there a list of what is going to be raffled? I think I saw something about it a while back but I can't remember where.

The drawing is sometime Sunday afternoon.

Hi everyone,
Yes, you must be present to win ... although because it will be a drawing of numbered tickets, the person holding the winning number must be present to win .. If you get my drift.
Raffle tickets will be available for purchase at MACNA from the moment the doors open until 1 hour before the raffle is held on Sunday afternoon.

There are so many terrific donations for the raffle - some you will have to see to believe. The vendors have been very generous -

So everyone is going on Sunday then,right? if you have to be there for the raffle to win. You are limiting yourself to sunday ticket purchases. I would suspect that you could have sold more tickets if you opened purchases to sat. and fri. but that is your discretion. I guess im going to try and flip flop the days i go.

ps- the MACNA schedule has th raffle at 5pm

You can buy raffle tickets on Fri, Sat, or Sun.
The raffle drawing will take place on Sunday.
I don't know the time - maybe Paula can chime in. Usually it's late in the day.

Yes, the raffle will begin at 3:00 or so, and it will take quite some time to complete because there are so many excellent prizes.
Tickets are 5 dollars, and there will be dedicated boxes for many of the top prizes. As I said in an earlier post, the vendors have been very generous. Come take a look!
