Maggie muffler

Hi,
I just wonder if anyone know,how tall should my stand pipe be to use with mini maggie muffler in eshopps pf800 overflow box?

You should be able to use the current height that it's set at. The maggie muffler is just to help quite it down a bit.

what do you mean current height, im confused? little stand pipe that eshopps included?

i wouldnt use the ones that came with eshopps its really loud. go to lowes and look for their black pipes. cut it and build a durso.

The height would need to be higher than the u-tube that's coming in from the other box located inside the tank. This will make sure that it will automatically restart the siphon if you lose power or the pump fails.

A durso setup is definitely better and quieter. My preferred choice, but you would still need to set the height so that it's higher than the intake u-tube to restart the siphon if need.
