i never got an email response from them so i called.
After trying to teach me how to use their order tracking system that apparently i did not no how to use
They realized i was in fact correct and my order had no current status.
Turns out the item i wanted was on back order yet the shopping cart said it was in stock, i was not informed it was on back order.
I won't deal with them again,if i get caught out by companies trying to keep a sale on something they don't have by not operating an accurate shopping cart i don't use them again,after all who knows if they actually have the next thing i want in stock.
If they had emailed me after the fact apologizing i would maybe look at it differently,that would show they do care about the customer somewhat,instead they leave it up to you to chase them.
