Mass bristle worm spawn ?

I feed the tank and bang the bristle worms have been spawning for a good 5 minutes can barely see into the tank

I remember seeing a guy on a blog when i searched bristle worms on Google, he had the same problem and had a solution that worked for him. Good Luck
