I noticed the bottom of my stand looked damp. Can't find a leak or a crack in either my DT or Sump. I did see that under my DT, directly above my sump there were droplets of water that looked like condensation or moisture build up. DT is dry outside the sump area. Floor is dry around the tank and I'm not losing any water in either tank. I saw this same problem a few weeks bags when we had hot/humid weather. After placing a window fan on the sump it dried up. Has anyone else had this happen? Does anyone run a fan inside their stand?

Yes. My 2nd tank was a cold water tank, Gulf of Maine GOM tank people called it. I ran a chiller on it to keep down about 70 degrees. On really hot days with no AC it would sweat like crazy, especially under the stand in the sump where it was not covered. I did the same as you, added a cheap clip on fan under the stand that eliminated the problem.
