hi,im going to be moving into a house in aug and need some tips on moving my 29g biocube.my plan is to drain all water except for enough to cover sand into 5 gallon buckets, add my live rock fish and corals into the buckets.when i get to the new house and set everything up should i use all the water i took from the tank or should i use half new and half from the tank??please give me any tips you think may help make this a easy job.thanks

Solid plan, 29 is not to hard to move. I personally would re-use 50-75% of the existing water and replace the remainder w/ to temp fresh slat water. How long is the move?

It can't hurt to go to your LFS and ask for some bags to keep things separate in the buckets.

zoas should be fine together

This is about what I did my last tank move.

I used the old water that I was replacing to rinse the sand. If it's been around a while, you'll get a ton of crap out of it.

Pour a gallon into the bucket of sand, stir it around, pour off the dirty water, repeat.

Shouldn't be to hard to move. I'd suggest having plenty of pre mixed salt water heated and ready to go at the new house if possible. Enough that if in the following days you need to do any water changes you will already have it ready.

When we moved I bagged all our corals and fish separately. This way nothing touches anything else and there is not risk of corals stinging each other. I'd put the rocks in a bucket with enough water to cover them, the bags with fish and corals in a cooler.
