I awoke monday to find my female clown it what was seemingly Ich...within an hour, the spots had fallen off apparently and it looked more like Brooklynella. She died four hours later. I talked with B at skiption's for a good 45 minutes about possible causes and we were both stumped. My male was fine, until this morning. He is covered in Brooklynella and I grabbed him and FW dipped him as fast as I could hoping I could manage to save him for at least some time. These fish have been in captivity for at least 6 months to my knowledge and are just now developing Brooklynella? they're the only clowns in the tank and the only inhabitants besides a pearly jawfish whom i havent seen since I put him in the tank.
I am stumped.
