My favorite oddball

When I first saw a walking dendro I was sucked in immediately and had to get one. Outside of reef/fishkeeping I also have a carnivorous plant problem and with the WD looking as much like a venus fly trap as it did I was powerless to avoid the purchase. This guy has done great in my tank over the last year and has more than doubled in size.

Anyone have any other reef oddballs/weirdos they want to share? It'd be cool to see what else is out there.

I always wonder what if the worm dies?
Will the Dendro die as well?

Not that I am aware of. From what I've come to understand one tends to survive without the other in our aquaria. So if the coral dies off the worm can still move the skeleton around to feed on benthic life in the substrate without fear of predation. If the worm dies the coral isn't dependent on being moved around to find food/be cleared of detritus because of aquarist intervention with feeding/cleaning.
