I was startig to get bored with them in the other tank, they wer'nt very active, but that was a holding tank that became their temporory home while I found and built this one. Now they are much more active.
In the old tank they had a feeding area and for the most part would just pick the mysis of the bottom. Now they have to do a lttile chasing if they want to eat. They were a bit confused by this at first, but have quickly adapted to the new feeding procedure. The flow in the tank seems to be perfect for feeding, it blows back and forth along with upward, so the food rarely will just settle on the substrate and very few make it into the overflow (about 1 mysis in 6-8 feedings).
The females are much more outgoing than the males, they are always out in the front hitched on the Red Grape Macro, which is nice as they have changed to a nice reddish orange color to blend in with it. The males are out qiute a bit, but also spend a good bit of time behind the rocks.
All in all, they are more work than your average fish, mostly due to the multiple daily feedings, but IMO are truly worth it.
