My refugium is leaking

I thought it was just condensation.But it never dries up even with the dehumidifier going.Good thing is I have a 20L frag tank that's empty that I can move everything into and then shut the ball valve that feeds the fug.

Ball valves are the best I put them every where. You never know!!

Are you %100 positive that it's really leaking and not just extreme condensation (which would not be unusual given this weather)?

If you do need to replace it, I can drill and or put in an overflow if you need it for the replacement tank. (I live near Jay)

I'll let you know.I have a 4 day weekend coming up as I'm taking some vacation time.I figure I'll tackle it one of those days.
John,the glass isn't wet but all under the tank on one side is.
