Need feedback and comments on sump/fuge setup

OK i just purchesed this sump/fuge and wanted to know the best way to set it up. i have a hob skimmer and will upgrade to a octipus skimmer. here are all the pics i took of it and just want some feedback on what way to set it up.
Ex.. external pump, baffle setup, etc. The first pic is what it looksl ike and the second is what im planing on setting it up.

I'm guessing you will have a microbubble problem. IME you will need at least an over/under/over baffle setup
