Need help loading new software rev update for my 2 reef keeper lite PC4s

my laptop is running windows 10 apparently digital aquatic has issues loading rev 2.0 on to computers with windows 10
thus I cannot up date them too rev 2.04

I was hoping that someone local in the club I live in Melrose Ma
Can help me up date my reef keeper lite PC4s


I be willing to give them some equipment for their help

2 bags of I/O salt RC or new PH probe for reef keeper or temp probe that you could have

Is this a recent update in firmware? If so I will try and update mine and if I figure it out I can swing over to try and help you out..

I had trouble updating the firmware with my windows 10 machine too. They changes adaptors recently, and only the newer one works with Windows 10. I'll try to take a picture of the two that I have tonight. Posting a screenshot of the error message would be helpful.too.

Check r2r, there’s someone that’s hosting the update for everyone and kinda started a support group for reef keeper controllers
