Need help with a diy led kit for an elos 70

i need a lil help with this kit i am about to purchase at rapid led. i am thinking of a 36 or 48 leds. i have a 55g elos 70 dimensions are 29.5" x 22.5"w x 19.7" h with a reef keeper 2 controller. can someone tell me what drivers to get for this kit below? help with what size heat sink and color ratio..please

Go with the 24" heat sink for 36 tapped and drilled
36 cree 3 watts led (26 royal blue and maybe 10 cool white
3 dimmable drivers

I could help you with any soldering. You just need to spend a couple of hours on a Saturday at my work for the soldering
I also have a lot of wiring extra from my last led project that you can have

the heat sink is 24x? and i need which drivers the 4 Mean Well ELN-60-48P dimmable drivers or 4 Mean Well ELN-60-48D dimmable drivers. they are both dimmable but i don t know whats the difference.
