Need help with Overflow

Hey guys I want to make a new 20 long reef ready but want to stay away from the overflow boxes. I would like to see if any of you are handy or know any who are to make me a overflow to fit the 20 like the ones that are on the Reef ready systems.

I figure I only want one 1" drain and two returns on the back side of the tank near the corners.

So I would belive all I really need is a 2"x4"X's the hight of the tank minus a few inches to allow the proper flow.

Any thing would help guys I have yet to find one so maybe a few xtra eyes or ears maybe able to help me.

Not too hard to make out of acrylic if you've worked with acrylic before. Just make the acrylic box and silicone it in place.

I've made several of these, I can send you some pics or answer any specific questions if that would help. (send PM, I may forget to check this thread)
