Need ideas for catching a Lemonpeel Angel

Hi All,
I have a lemonpeel angel in my tank and he's picking on one of my larger fish (which I don't quite understand). I need to try and catch him but he manages to hide and slip between rocks well. Anyone ever have any luck catching these guys (without ripping out all the rock).

Thanks
Andrew

P.S. He will be for sale if he can be caught, so if you want to help catch him a discount could be negotiated.

I am thinking about trying to catch my emperor

I have had luck with making a wall out of egg crate and trapping them that way... after u trap him, make sure there are no cracks for him to slip though. as once the net goes in they will get out anyway possible...............

I am having the same problem with a Coral beauty...pain in the neck!!!! I tried leaving the nets in the tank and feeding with the net in the water next to the food..all of he other fish are fine with the net and become use to it but the Coral beauty will not go near it if he sees me.

You can try the inverted soda bottle, purchase a fish trap from the LFS, or my favorite is to purchase some adult live brine shirmp and do the following.

1st feeding - Feed to the entire tank so they all get excited.
2nd feeding - Place some live brine into a net and place sideways with a powerhead pushing into the net to keep it open and help keep the shrimp in the net, allow some of the shrimp to slowly swim out. The fish will pick them off as the leave the net. Keep the net out in the open water close to the surface so not to snag your coral/rocks. The net needs to be large enough so the angel can easily swim in,
3rd/4th feeding - Same as above but some of the fish should start to enter the net. May take a few feedings but the angel should eventually enter the net to feed on the shrimp so not to lose out. Keep the net sideways so that one edge of the net remains near the water's surface. When he enters, all you need to do is twist the handle of the net and lift one edge quickly to the surface.

GOOD LUCK

I have use the Acclimate with great success
