Need livesand to seed!!!

Set up my 12 gallon office nano today, adding cured live rock tomorrow, got a HUGE sandstorm(everyone at work says it looks like dishwater LOL)

so I am looking for anyone in the Pembroke/Hanover area that would be willing to donate a cup of sand to seed this future BEAutiful nano tank.

Also, still looking for ideas for a DIY skimmer for a mighty small tank.
