Neptune Trident placement?

Hi, I have a AIO Red Sea Max 250 (no sump) and just recently purchased a Trident from @All Things Aquatic I was initially planning to place the Trident under the tank in the stand but it warns to keep Trident above water level to avoid back siphon (which makes sense). Was looking for feedback and recommendations on where to put it, even next to the tank but that could still create a siphon??? Any thoughts or pics would be appreciated as I’ve had the trident sitting idle for almost a month already Thanks! Scott

I had mine under stand and also in a side cabinet both just above floor and no issues
