Got my new light all set up, only problem is I don't know how long I should leave each set of lights on for. Do I have to put the actinics on a timer, as well as the rest of the lights? If so how long should each run for? Thanks!

Most people leave the actinics on longer, so there's a dawn/dusk effect. I ran my 10k lights for 10 or 11 hours, and my 20k lights for an extra hour on either end.

10 hours daylight with the actinics coming on an hour before and staying on an hour after.

Timers are the only way to go, that way you don't have to be there to turn them on and off.
