Nuclear Green or Button polyp

well after looking at what pvh is selling as nuclear greens i think i may have a ton of them but not 100% as im sure what he is selling is true..i just think i may have been dooped before


i got them as a trade a while ago for a rose bubble.. they were given to me as nuclear greens but ive been skeptical

i have an entire colony of them... they've been growing for like a yr unmolested because i thought they were crap lol...

I don't see it. Thoes appear to be the same or similar growth form of paly, but I don't see the NG coloration at all??

Not trying to be negative, I just don't see it

They are either Limey Paly or Green Button Polyp.

They look more like Limey to me and I have a pile of them, they grow quickly. The Nuclear grow slowly.

I was sold a polyp as a Nuclear Green (not expensive) and then when I got it home realized it was just a Button Polyp. Once I bought a Nuclear from Peter you can see the color difference.

the nuclear greens i got from Peter definitely look more like Rommels pic,the have a bit more neon yellow to them than just vivid green.

I'd have to cast my vote for regular green palys. Yours look just like mine (sold to me as Green flame Paly's), http://www.bostonreefers.org/forums/showthread.php?t=80655. They grow like a weed but they do look good.

I think the nuclear are supposed to have a bit more pop and little bit more lime. Sorry

Yea, these grow like a weed. When i upgrade my tank I am debating on taking them over. I need to figure a way to keep them in check.

I made the mistake of mounting them to a larger piece of rock and now they have taken over

i have nuclear green polyps that i got from phv and they don't look that yellow they are more green... i 3 the last week of nov now i have like 33 of them now ... so it all matter about your tank and lighting they can grow slow but if you have a good enough tank they grow
