Thanks everyone. I am by no means an expert I just keep clicking and change the settings until I see something I like. I was shooting with the Canon 7d with the 100mm 2.8 macro with a tripod. The settings are TV (sutter speed) 1/160
AV Aperture 2.8
ISO 3200
All flow turned off and only t-5 lighting. Thanks Rob
