orange leptoseris slow growth?

Question about orange leptos, are these corals slow growing? I have owned mine for 4 months and placed on the sand bed. The color is fantastic but the frag is literally the same size and the day i got it. My levels are perfect as all my other corals show it with stunning growth and color. But the lepto just wont grow. Your thoughts?

Maybe it needs more flow ? More light ? you did say it was on the bottom .

Yes on the sand. It gets enough flow for sure, could be light i just was told it was low light so i figured bottom. But i will move it up a couple inches

They can be slow to grow, I found my sweet spot in my SPS tank, it is in a shallow cave and is spreading on my sand bed like crazy.
