My sixline wrasse has an orange oval shapped spot just before his dorsal fin. He is still very active (hence the blurry pics) and eating. Is this some sort of infection?

I know this is a very old post -- what ended up happening with your wrasse? This week my six line turned up with the identical orange spot in the exact same place as your picture. Should I be worried?
