overflows fluctuating

The overflows (at least one of them) sounds like it's my Rotty snoring. Both of the overflows go up and down in water level about an inch every 3 seconds or so.

The sound is SO annoying! How do I fix?

Durso's correct? If so make the hole in the top of the stand pipe slightly larger until it stop but go slow. Make it a little bigger then watch it for awhile, rinse and repeat

If you are running durso style standpipes, it could be an issue with the air vent. Mine will do that if there is too little air. How are you drains set up?

I actually make the vent hole on the side and drill through the cap and the PVC pipe the cap slips onto. This way you twist the cap to open and close the hole. Much easier to adjust.

Just adding,

If the tanks been set up a while and the flushing just started or gradually started - it's probably salt creep fouling the air intake(s).

If that's the case, try pouring some SW into the air hole, and or poking/scraping around in the air hole to clear any obstruction.
