just thought id let everyone who doesnt already know that petco is having a dollar a gallon sale on there tanks from 29-55g.

i have also heard from some people that a few weeks after this sale there may be another sale of buy a cabinet, and get the tank sized to go with it free.

This is a great sale - Andrew went to Seattle and asked me to purchase a 40 gallon breeder and a 30 gallon cube for him - I found the 40 in Natick but they didn't have the 30 gallon. If anyone sees one in their travels, will you drop me a note? Thanks.

When did this sale begin? and when does it end?... I was at the Avon petco last week and it looked as ifthe tanks were full price.

It started sunday and will end labor day. It only covers rectagular tanks, no odd shapes like bow fronts or hexagons.
I bought myself a 29 gallon tank for $28 including tax. Had one of those $2 off survey coupons.

If you can find a petco that stocks one. I'm pretty sure it's only for tanks that are already in stock in the store. I couldn't even get them to get me a 30 long.

Its only spare tanks..not tanks included in bundles....


The petco near me moved all their neat cubes and such into bundles at the beginning of the week.
