Pfo Ballast Question

ok i have a duel 250 watt mh pfo ballast.
recentley one of the capacitors ruptured and i replaced it with a new on ( fairly cheap ) well not even a month after doing that the other one ruptured so i now need to order a second capacitor.

now the question
why would the second one rupture so soon after replacing the first one?
is there something else wrong or is it because i replaced the other one with a new capacitor ?
or just coincidence?

i dont want to keep putting money into this ballast if it is going to continually need repair.

im not sure with an answer to your question but I am interested in what you think of that dual ballast. The reason I ask is that I have been debating on the pfo dual or two singles in case of this type of problem.

well so far i cant give any singing endorsements
if it turns out to be a non re-occuring thing then i am good with them
if it is then i will not get another.
