I use MS paint.

Had my hard drived wiped last week and lost my pic resizing Software What are people using for software?

use photobucket and the link it provides. it is much faster and easier.

if not you can use paint, or paint.net, and there is one that myspace used to offer (back when I had a mysapce account 6 years ago), that i forgot the name but it was really good. The program did nothing but resize pictures.
