Please help me identify this anemone.

This hitch hiker has split once. Each is the size of a quarter or a bit bigger. Looks like a green bush with little pink extensions. Any ideas? Sorry for the poor quality pic.

I'm usually pretty good with anemone id, but that picture doesn't ring a bell with me. Do you have a clearer one anywhere? Does it have a powerful sting? (be careful and don't touch it on purpose if you have not yet. Some anemones can be quite dangerous.)

I'm stumped too.

It almost looks like some odd leather or something????

What did it hitch-hike on? It doesn't look like anything I've ever seen. Like Cindy suggested, a clearer picture may help.

anemone, size of a quarter, green body and pink extensions.

Mojano? Need a better pic.....

I was thinking the same thing.

I have a few of those also and am intersted in a positive ID

Post a pic. If it is them....they're hard to eradicate.

Mojanos never have multi branching tentacles like that. It could be some kind of mushroom, mini carpet anemone or a few other types of non clownfish host anemone.

New Pictures.

Hope this help identify what they are: The two anemones on the right.

Those are NOT mojano/tulip anemones
