porcelain crab anyone have one?

I dropped one in my tank prob the 6th week in, it vanished within 2 hours and hadn't seen it since, assumed it died... It's a little over a year and a half later, the tank has been moved twice emptied 100% both times it crashed bad once and I almost lost everything... I had to pull each rock coral etc out and hand brush the algae off for about a month... Never saw this crab through all of that!

Anyway today I'm doing some maintenance and I see a HUGE porcelain crab molt, manly a large crusher claw looking thing... they're filter feeds right?

Also do you guys ever see yours? Frankly based on the size of that claw, I can't believe mine can remain hidden in a 24g for so long but apparently it's alive and well somewhere in there...

Sometimes you can get them to perch in good spots. I had one that live for a year or so on a Blastomussa colony. It was out almost all the time. They are filter feeders, but they can catch decent sized chunks of food.
