Is it safe / advisable to do a third dose of Prazipro to fully eradicate problems?

I've got a 40g w/ zoas and softies. I had noticed some intermittent flashing for a bit, no other symptoms.

Then had a tailspot blenny that I've had for over a year suddenly stop eating and start "gasping" - rapid gill movement. He was very lethargic, which increased to the point that I could touch him barehanded. No other symptoms. I dosed prazipro to the display over a 2 day period (3/5 the dose on one night, 2/5 the dose the following) as I read some wrasses are sensitive to prazi and I have a possum/pygmy wrasse. I figured anyone else in the tank had been exposed, and the blenny's best chance to recover was in the main tank where there is plenty of food / no stress. 6 days later I did a 25% w/c and then dosed prazipro again on day 7 (all at once this time).

The blenny finally started eating again yesterday - I know the prazipro can also suppress appetite. It took almost that long for the rapid breathing to settle down most of the way. His belly got very "square" and protruding about 2 days before his appetite came back, and he also had a lovely long stringy white poo.

It has been another 6 days, and tonight I'm suddenly getting a lot of flashing again from my royal gramma and clown, and also saw the blenny flash. I've had my skimmer off since the first dose. Is it a good idea to do a third dose?

I would do at least a 25% water change before dosing again. Also, make sure you keep the tank well oxygenated while the skimmer is off.
