Probe extender cords...

I am guessing I already know the answer but if I need to purchase a BNC extension cord for some of my probes it shouldn't matter as long as I calibrate it with the extension right?

From my limited knowledge of electronics I could see how it might make a difference if I calibrated it without the extension and then added the extension but even then I'm not sure it would make a huge difference.

Not sure Dave, but I've been using Monoprice for years since my start in IT back in 2010

So there will be some minimal insertion loss @ each bnc connector in line. Biggest thing I'd make sure of is you're not using any more cable than you actually need to make the run work (shorter the better to help with signal drift/emi mitigation). Secondly you may want to recalibrate slightly more frequently than the mfgr suggests to ensure measurement accuracy. Long story endless: as long as your first cal has the extender already in line it should be reliable, I'd just be verifying regularly.
